Return & Refund Policy

Quoits Direct has a "satisfaction-guaranteed" policy for all products purchased from Quoits Direct. Quoits Direct offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all our products. A cancellation notice and refund request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt of product(s). Product(s) must be returned in "sellable condition". Client will pay all shipping and handling charges should the need arise for such a return of goods.

Payment Policy

Payment is required before orders will be shipped. Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars. Shipping of products occurs only after the final payment is made.

Payment Options:

Credit Card - We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. You may provide your credit card details using our secure server when ordering, or by contacting us with your payment details via telephone, fax, e-mail or Post Office Mail, all of which are listed on our Contact Us page.

Check/ Money Order - We accept payment by personal checks and money orders. Personal checks must clear in our bank account (3 - 5 business days) before orders are shipped.

PayPal - We accept payment by PayPal service. Customer must be sure to choose this option upon purchasing. PayPal orders must clear in our bank account (2 - 10 business days) before orders are shipped.

Please note: Due to the nature of PayPal orders, customers who choose this option will not be able to receive their product as quickly as when payment is made by credit card.

International Orders - Orders from outside the USA can be paid for by credit card, Canadian Postal Money Order, or personal check if drawn against a bank in the USA. We cannot accept personal checks drawn against foreign banks.

ChargeBacks, Cancelled Checks, Non-honored Payments, Refusal of Payment, etc.

If any "reversal of payment" occurs, including, but not limited to: Invalid Credit Cards, Declined Credit Cards, Bounced Checks, ChargeBacks, Cancelled Checks, Refusal of Payment, Non-Honored Payments, Cancellations, etc., the buyer will be charged the appropriate surcharges.

Shipping Policy

Within United States (except local deliveries):
All shipments within the United States (except local deliveries) are made via United Parcel Services (UPS). UPS Ground shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday in the morning. To request your tracking number, please phone us at (610) 746-9800.

Please Note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or any military installations.

Local deliveries (within 20 miles of Easton, PA):
Local deliveries (within 20 miles of Easton, PA) whose orders consist of at least one set of Quoit Boards, are delivered via Quoits Direct. Any shipping charges will be waived. A delivery person will phone you to make arrangements for delivery. If you are unsure whether your shipping address is within the free delivery range, please email or phone us. Local deliveries usually occur after 5:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday. Occasionally local deliveries are also made on weekends.

Please Note: Orders that do not consist of at least one set of Quoit Boards will be shipped UPS unless other arrangements are made.

International Orders:
International orders shipped via Express Mail, Global Priority or insured Air Mail. International customers are responsible for customs or import fees, if any. Please check with your customs office for more information. Please contact us by phone or email for international shipping charges.

Privacy Policy

Quoits Direct intends to protect the quality and integrity of your personally identifiable information. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to help us keep your personal information secure and accurate. Credit card orders from the website are also done via our secure server. Quoits Direct does not sell its email lists or any other customer information. Quoits Direct reserves the right to add, subtract, and modify these Policies & Agreements as well as all other policies by Quoits Direct. By agreeing to purchase goods and/or services from Quoits Direct, the Client is indicating that he/she/they have read, understand, and agree to the policies as stated by Quoits Direct. All pricing is in U.S. Dollars and is subject to change without notice.

Engaging, and/or participating in the sending of unsolicited email are explicitly prohibited on Quoits Direct servers.
